The Oregon Scholastic regional program is open to all students in grades 7 through 12, who live in Oregon. The Oregon Scholastic Art Awards is celebrated with regional exhibitions and ceremonies hosted by various sponsors. Regional Gold Key selected artwork will continue on to the national competition in New York.$20.00 per senior portfolio
